Feedback The old heater wasn't up to snuff anymore... running out of hot water way before it should have. It was still heating water, but it was time for a new more efficient unit.

Old Description
Tank was 13 years old and not providing enough hot water. 40,000 BTU 50 gallon Kenmore Water Heater had an output of 80 gallons for the first hour, compared to 88 provided by the new tank.
New Description
The flue was rotted out behind the furnace and required inspection. There was also a hidden Y that had broken allowing for a leak in the flue. Section of the flue was replaced and water and gas lines connected.
Feedback by Customer
5+ star service from the moment I contacted KC Water Heaters until Chase was finished installing the new unit. Chase was very thorough, going as far as to inspect and replace a fair amount of deteriorated vent pipe. I'll definitely be recommending KC Water Heaters to all my friends and family!
