Feedback The old AO Smith water heater (propane) was a good model and reliably delivered hot water for 21 years. It began seeping about two weeks before I had it replaced. I never had issues with it (until it started to leak).

Feedback by Customer
Chase Thompson replaced my water heater with a new propane AO Smith. Chase demonstrated exceptional knowledge about options for replacing my water heater. Within a couple of days of calling, he delivered and installed the new water heater. We agreed on a date and time for him to do the work, and he was on time. He demonstrated a great attention to detail, pride in his work, and professional demeanor. I would recommend Chase to anyone looking to replace their water heater, and would recommend AO Smith as the product.
