Old Description
The old water had a very slow leak from the bottom of the tank after only 10 years. The water pressure was checked and it was 100 psi.
New Description
A new PRV was installed to lower the water pressure to 75 psi, thus creating a closed system. A thermal expansion tank was installed on the new water heater. The main shutoff was also replaced as the old valve did not completely shutoff the water.
