Feedback by Customer
Chase was excellent on all fronts! Detail oriented, thorough, trustworthy, and willing to answer my many questions and share detailed insights into why he made certain decisions. Very knowledgeable and happy to explain the science and mechanics behind things. Literally took extra time out of his day to ensure the best care was being taken for the highest quality install possible. After install he reviewed and made sure I understood everything he had done and how to properly maintain things and what to look for. He left all the areas he worked in cleaner than how he found them.
For me, being a detail oriented person myself, he delivered 5 stars on all fronts. Highly recommend to anyone who has water heater needs.
His pricing is fair/competitive which is also a huge plus!
